This 9,000 s.f. West Seattle building was constructed from side property line to side property line. The building has storefront access to retail space on the street level and two upper floors of office space are accessed from the rear parking lot. A pitched roof was used on the street side to reduce the building's scale to the pedestrian and was subject to the W. Seattle Design Review Board's approval.
